"They are by far the most professional of the three you recommended. They came to clean my carpets today (11/07/08) and found I had a bad water leak which, when examined by a plumber, turned out to be a leak from my dishwasher! I had run it yesterday afternoon, and the leak happened at that time. Spot Solve then pulled up my carpet and are in the process of drying it with fans! They had to postpone cleaning the rest of the carpets but will do so next Tuesday. They're really good. "Bryan Cannon, the owner of the company, went well out of his way to assist me. As I live in NY and I own of a townhouse in Florida, I needed someone who could fix the damage that my tenants and their dog created to a brand new carpet. I could not make it to FL, and Bryan was able to go to the home, diagnose the situation, give recommendations as to what the problems were, and solved them. He replaced an entire room, deep cleaned and treated the remaining carpet and the floors beneath the carpet, and removed the heavy urine smell emanating from the house. The damage was extensive, but Spot Solve was able to assist me in my time of need. Bryan made many trips to the house and emailed me before and after pictures.
